Features backlit large full color photograph of a big toothy smile with the good red lips in chunky black metal custom made frame behind acrylic. Has on/off switch on side with brackets for hanging on the back. Hinged top of frame for bulb replacement. Frame shows some scuffs and minor wear with minor scratches to acrylic as pictured. In excellent working condition and shows very well. Its weird / awesome as hell.
