George Palethorpe (1934-2021) large metallic op art triangular hexagon painting circa 1970/80s.
Large artist constructed hexagon masonite board with wood framing featuring geometric op art triangular patterned hard edge in metallic gold, black and white acrylic with gold line detail and central cut out. Minimal scuffs and scratches with some foxing. Retains 20th Annual Faber Birren National Color Award Show label on verso.
