Exceptionally scarce Antonio Lopez fashion illustration litho for the Art Center College of Design Pasadena, California 1985.

Antonio Lopez (1943-1987) was THEE preeminent fashion illustrator of the 1970s & 80s New York and international scene having worked with Warhol, Lagerfeld etc having being published in Vogue, Bazaar the NYT and having discovered models Donna Jordan, Jessica Lange, Jerry Hall etc. Nothing was more glamorous than Antonio's world. Featured here is a rare example of male illustration as he more commonly produced female illustration commercially. An illustration of Terry Riley and Mike Morino in full gangster garb with the ultimate bitch face. Literally there is nothing bitchier than this illustration. Framed behind glass in custom white laminate frame, wired to hang. Litho shows minor age appropriate foxing, creases as pictured. Nothing major, shows excellently and is an extremely scarce example of his work at this size. Its mega and maybe top 5 things I've ever sold.

37" tall. 25" wide. 1.5" deep.

Its large, email for a shipping quote. Greenpoint Pick Up.
