80th anniversary limited edition Stool 60s by Mike Meiré for Artek made in Finland 2013.
Designed in 1933 Stool 60 is one of the icons of Finnish furniture design. Available here in multicolor collaboration with German artist Mike Meiré originally shown at Salon de Mobile in 2012. One stool features black lacquered seat, one black, one teal and one natural birch leg. The other has an exaggerated birch veneer pattern with one acid green, one black and one white leg. Both show minor age appropriate wear with some minor scratches to the black. Both labeled on base. (Birch seat has 80th anniversary label, black does not but are from the same collection) Sold individually and a scarce find.
