Richard Humann is a Brooklyn-based neo-conceptual artist with numerous international museum and gallery exhibitions. 'Condom / Codex' is an open book that’s been cast from clear urethane resin. Floating inside, trapped in the resin, are 36 condoms, 9 of which are amber colored. Shows age appropriate wear with inconsistencies in resin as pictured due to its hand made quality. Pretty bizarre piece, signed and dated on back.
