Vintage modernist marquetry inlaid wood box made in Hungary circa 1940/50s.
Features inlaid geometric patterned lid in multiple shades of Maple with a high gloss coat. Has hinge opening with 3 interior compartments. Shows age appropriate wear/patina as pictured. Some minor veneer loss to one corner as pictured. Nice size /Aalto geometric vibes for tabletop storage.
